Reports to: Senior Brand Marketing Manager
Location: London, Farringdon
Hours: 36.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (4.30pm finish on a Friday)
The Brand Marketing Executive (Endura) Mission:
As a Brand Marketing Executive, you’ll play a key supporting role in the delivery of seasonal brand and product marketing initiatives. Working closely with the wider marketing team, you’ll help bring cycling apparel campaigns to life across creative, digital, and partner channels. This role is ideal for someone passionate about the outdoors and eager to grow their experience in brand & product marketing as well as campaign production.
How You'll Drive Success:
Brand Campaigns and Initiatives
Supporting the Senior Marketing Manager and Brand Team in delivering the Global Brand Plan.
Assisting in the coordination and delivery of seasonal marketing projects across creative and product marketing
Supporting the production and delivery of campaign assets including
E-commerce Imagery
CRM Briefs
Paid Social content
.com Updates
Helping manage timelines and asset delivery for seasonal campaigns
Liaising with internal teams and external partners to ensure Brand projects are delivered on time and on brand
Product Management
Managing sell-in tools for seasonal launches, such as brochure, product photography and other creative assets
Partnering with creative teams to produce high-quality marketing materials such as photography, video and product descriptions for internal and external use.
Create and refine product education tools to support sales adn retail teams in communicating products
Act as a key member of the planning team for seasonal launches, ensuring all elements—product positioning, creative assets, and timelines—come together effectively.
Digital & Social Media Support
Contributing to the planning and execution of social media content and calendars
Conducting research to support content development and audience engagement strategies alongside our Social Lead
Partner and Team Collaboration
Working closely with the wider marketing team to support development of toolkits and assets
Assisting in preparation for internal and external stakeholders
Collaborating with internal and external teams to execute and deliver elements of the Brand Plan through key license and distribution partners.
Collaborating regularly with ongoing Brand Partners including PR and Creative agencies
What you'll need to thrive:
To stand out in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
A passion for the cycling and knowledge of the performance apparel market would be highly advantageous.
Strong understanding of product marketing, brand positioning and consumer insights.
Experience managing brands campaigns, from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy.
Experience working with timelines, budgets and coordinating cross functional teams to meet campaign deadlines.
Ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders and partners, ensuring alignment with brand goals and strategy.
A solid understanding of design and storytelling principles.
