WHAT’S THE MISSION FOR THIS ROLE?
To work within the Shipping team, working closely with 3PL partners to support day-to-day operational processes and deliver exceptional service for our brands and customers.
WHAT DOES THIS ROLE DO?
As our Global Shipping Planner, you will be responsible for:
Processing inbound shipments by air, sea and road.
Working with nominated 3PL partners to provide exceptional service to our brands and customers.
Working closely with the operations team to manage workload priorities and ensure that key issues are raised on a timely basis.
Ensuring key deadlines are met to facilitate customs entries and achieve delivery of shipments as required by or distribution centres and customers.
Working closely with our brands and internal teams in all shipping matters to support them in any area where assistance can be provided.
WHAT DO I BRING TO THE ROLE?
You just might be our next superstar if you have the following skills and experience:
Shipping experience is desirable.
Ability to prioritise own workload and ability to work unsupervised.
Organised, self-motivated and able to adapt to the ever-changing supply chain environment.
Knowledge of MS Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams.
Perform additional duties when required.
