Reports to: Head of Content Production
Location: Farringdon, London
Hours: 36.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (4.30pm finish on a Friday)
WHAT’S THE MISSION FOR THIS ROLE?
We’re looking for an energetic, hands-on Midweight Producer to join our in-house Creative Agency — the team behind the content that brings our amazing sports, lifestyle and outdoor brands to life. From global campaign shoots to nimble social-first productions, you’ll play a pivotal role in orchestrating elevated content across our portfolio of brands. Working closely with the Creative Director, Senior Producer, and wider creative, design and brand teams, you’ll lead shoots from pre-production through to final delivery, making great work happen on time and on budget — with a smile on your face.
WHAT DOES THIS ROLE DO?
As our Midweight Producer, you will be responsible for:
Lead end-to-end shoot production for stills and motion campaigns across our brand portfolio — from initial brief and concept development through to final delivery.
Own and manage production budgets from scratch — scoping, building, tracking and reconciling from initial estimate through to final delivery.
Build and manage production schedules, timelines and call sheets, keeping all stakeholders aligned and informed throughout.
Source and manage freelance crew, talent, locations, equipment and suppliers, building a reliable and trusted network to call on.
Handle all production logistics for domestic and international shoots — including travel, permits, legal compliance, insurance, and health & safety.
Collaborate closely with creative, design, client services and brand teams to ensure work is delivered to the highest standard — on brand, on brief, and on time.
Oversee post-production workflows — coordinating editing, retouching and asset delivery to ensure content lands where it needs to, when it needs to.
Embrace new technology and innovative production approaches — always looking for smarter, more efficient ways to stretch budgets without compromising quality.
Spot and solve production challenges quickly and confidently, keeping projects on track and stakeholders informed.
Build strong working relationships with internal brand teams, becoming a trusted production partner who delivers a brilliant client experience from day one.
Stay across emerging content formats, platforms and industry trends — with a keen eye on the evolving role of AI in production.
Support and mentor junior team members, contributing to a collaborative, creative and positive team culture.
WHAT DO I BRING TO THE ROLE?
To stand out in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
At least 2 years’ experience as a producer in a creative agency, in-house content team or production company, with a strong portfolio of stills and motion work.
Proven experience managing shoots end-to-end, with a track record of delivering great work on time and on budget.
Solid budget management skills — you’re comfortable building budgets from scratch and owning them through to final reconciliation.
A well-connected network of crew, talent and suppliers, and the confidence to build new relationships quickly.
Deep knowledge of production formats across stills and video, and a strong understanding of asset requirements across different platforms and channels.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously without losing attention to detail.
A natural communicator who can manage expectations, present clearly and collaborate well across creative, brand and client services teams.
A genuine passion for sport, lifestyle and the outdoors — and an affinity for the brands that live in this space.
Alongside a competitive salary and discretionary bonus, we offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your wellbeing, flexibility, and life outside work. This includes generous holiday allowance with the option to buy more, hybrid and flexible working, enhanced family leave, pension and financial protection, wellbeing support, travel schemes, and generous discounts across Pentland Brands and selected retail partners. You can find full details of our benefits and perks on our UK Benefits page.
