The Marketing Coordinator Apprentice (Ellesse) Mission:
As Marketing Coordinator, you’ll support the marketing team to bring Ellesse to life through brilliantly executed fundamentals. Your mission is to help deliver campaigns, product storytelling, community moments, and day-to-day coordination that keeps the brand moving with pace and polish.
This is a great entry-level role for someone who wants to build a career in sports and fashion brand marketing. You’ll gain exposure to how a global brand operates across campaigns, content, partnerships, and licensed markets – and you’ll become known as the person who makes things happen, properly.
How you'll drive success:
Work towards completing the Marketing Executive Apprenticeship standard.
Participate in and complete the internal Apprenticeship Programme.
Supporting seasonal campaign rollouts, including timelines, asset organisation, approvals, and delivery checklists.
Coordinating cross-functional actions (brand, design, digital, PR, partners) to keep projects on track.
Managing briefing documents, meeting notes, actions, and status reporting.
Maintaining marketing asset libraries, including final files, usage rights notes, and version control.
Supporting localisation requests with the right guardrails so global brand consistency is protected.
Assisting with product copy, basic briefs, and content requests across channels, including digital, retail, and PR.
Supporting community and event activations, including logistics, guest lists, seeding lists, and on-the-day run of show support.
Coordinating creator and community initiatives, including outreach, briefing support, and follow-ups.
Manage product samples and own sample process.
Supporting competitor and culture tracking to feed insights back into planning and storytelling.
Helping build internal updates and decks that keep stakeholders aligned.
Ensuring all work reflects Ellesse brand identity, standards, and compliance requirements.
What you'll need to thrive:
Graduate level or early career experience in marketing, communications, events, digital, or a related area (internships or placement experience welcomed).
A clear desire to build a career in sportswear, fashion, and culture-led brand marketing.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
Confident communication skills: clear emails, good follow-ups, and calm under pressure.
A good eye for creative, styling, and presentation, and an instinct for what feels premium and on brand.
Curiosity and initiative: you ask smart questions, spot gaps, and propose practical fixes.
Collaboration skills and a positive, can-do mindset when working with multiple stakeholders.
Basic skills in PowerPoint or Keynote and spreadsheet reporting.
Nice to have:
Familiarity with content workflows including briefing, approvals, file naming, and version control.
An interest in tennis, racket sport culture, ski, or broader fashion communities.
