Location: Berghaus Store - Gloucester Quays

Hours: 8 hours per week, Saturday and Sunday

The Sales Assistant Mission:

As a Sales Assistant at Pentland Brands, your mission is to be the trusted first point of contact for every customer. You will deliver exceptional service by combining deep product knowledge with a genuine understanding of individual customer needs. Through thoughtful recommendations and a passion for our brands, you will create memorable shopping experiences that inspire loyalty and drive sales.

How you'll drive success:

• Delivers outstanding customer services and actively engage with customers and demonstrate product knowledge

• Support store operation by receiving and processing deliveries efficiently, replenish stock and ensure the shop floor is visually appealing

• Uphold brand standards, while maintain high standards of merchandising, cleanliness and presentation throughout store

• Ensure policy compliance by following all customer returns and exchange policies with professionalism and accuracy.

• Contribute as a team player by supporting your team and taking on additional duties as needed
