Reports to: Assistant Store Manager
Location: Berghaus Store - Gloucester Quays
Hours: 8 hours per week, Saturday and Sunday
The Sales Assistant Mission:
As a Sales Assistant at Pentland Brands, your mission is to be the trusted first point of contact for every customer. You will deliver exceptional service by combining deep product knowledge with a genuine understanding of individual customer needs. Through thoughtful recommendations and a passion for our brands, you will create memorable shopping experiences that inspire loyalty and drive sales.
How you'll drive success:
Delivers outstanding customer services and actively engage with customers and demonstrate product knowledge
Support store operation by receiving and processing deliveries efficiently, replenish stock and ensure the shop floor is visually appealing
Uphold brand standards, while maintain high standards of merchandising, cleanliness and presentation throughout store
Ensure policy compliance by following all customer returns and exchange policies with professionalism and accuracy.
Contribute as a team player by supporting your team and taking on additional duties as needed
