We’re looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Digital Artworker to play a key role in the design and delivery of Pentland’s digital ecosystem. You will be responsible for creating beautiful, forward-thinking, and functional content across multiple channels, ensuring that all creative work meets brand guidelines and digital best practices. You will bring exceptional technical ability, design craft, and creative thinking to ensure all assets deliver consistency and impact across our global portfolio.
What you’ll be doing:
Create and deliver impactful digital content across the Pentland Brands ecosystem, including websites, email campaigns, digital marketing, and social channels.
Bring creative assets to life through seamless image optimisation, copy updates, and multi-format digital adaptations.
Partner with Digital and Creative teams to transform briefs into effective, on-brand design solutions that drive results.
Become a guardian of our digital brand identities, ensuring every asset reflects brand standards and delivers a consistent experience.
Leverage Figma design systems to create scalable, consistent, and user-focused experiences across all digital touchpoints.
Adapt and localise content for global markets, balancing cultural relevance, language nuances, and design best practices.
Contribute fresh thinking and creative ideas to elevate campaigns, improve performance, and enhance the customer experience.
Juggle multiple projects with confidence, delivering high-quality work at pace while meeting key deadlines.
Reimagine and repurpose global creative toolkits into engaging content tailored for a variety of digital channels and audiences.
What you’ll bring:
Strong experience using Figma, including design systems, component libraries, and collaborative workflows to create consistent, high-quality digital experiences.
Experience in print design and preparing print-ready artwork, with a solid understanding of print production requirements and specifications.
Confident using Monday.com (or similar workflow management tools) to manage projects, prioritise workloads, and deliver against deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proven experience producing and adapting digital content across multiple channels and devices, supported by a portfolio showcasing exceptional design and artwork skills.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects), with experience creating both static and motion-based digital assets.
A strong understanding of typography, colour, layout, and brand guidelines, with exceptional attention to detail and a passion for digital creativity.
Highly organised and adaptable, with the ability to manage competing priorities, respond to changing business needs, and maintain quality under pressure.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, combined with a proactive, collaborative approach to working across teams.

The Interview Process

Talent Team Intro Call - A 30-minute video call with our Talent Team to get to know each other, talk through the role and your experience, and answer any questions you have.
Experience Interview - A more in-depth interview (usually online) with the hiring manager to explore your skills, experience and approach, and how these align with the role, our principles, and our ways of working.
Final Interview - A final in-person interview at our office, focused on deeper discussion and practical application, giving you the chance to meet more of the team and see Pentland Brands in action.
