The role will play a crucial role in powering better, faster merchandising decisions. Your work goes far beyond data entry — you'll help bring clarity and insight to our pricing and assortment strategies by ensuring data integrity and by supporting consumer and competitor research.
What you’ll be doing:
Data Accuracy & System Stewardship
Maintain high-quality product and pricing data within the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system, ensuring it is complete, consistent, and aligned to timelines.
Conduct regular audits and validations to uphold data integrity across merchandising platforms.
Partner with systems teams (e.g., IT, ERP) to resolve issues, support testing cycles, and enhance tools with relevant inputs.
Analytical Support
Assist in compiling consumer and competitor data to support pricing and assortment decisions.
Contribute to post-mortem analysis by assembling and structuring relevant data points for evaluation.
Prepare and maintain key merchandising reports related to product lifecycle, pricing trends, and seasonal performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with EMEA Merchandisers to understand commercial priorities and data needs.
Coordinate with planning, supply chain, and analytics functions to ensure seamless and accurate data flow.
Support documentation of data-related processes, standards, and reporting guidelines.
What you’ll bring:
Core Skills
3 - 5 years of relevant experience.
Familiarity with PLM, ERP, or merchandising systems and tools.
Strong proficiency in Excel or BI platforms for reporting and analysis.
Excellent attention to detail and ownership of data quality.
Ability to organize and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
Mindset & Attributes
