This role is responsible for implementing and maintaining the P2P/MM application. You will collaborate with cross -functional teams and stakeholders to analyse requirements, develop strategies, and provide technical guidance to ensure successful SAP implementations and ongoing operations. You will understand the P2P/MM business processes, suggest continuous improvements / new initiatives that you will then deliver/support technical solutions to the end - user. This is a multi -faceted role that has great opportunities to explore new technologies.
What you’ll be doing:
Technology
Provide insight into how we can provide the best technological solutions driving the most value for the wider organization.
Contribute to the development of ideas, processes and technical solutions that improve our offering.
Solution & Project Delivery
Understand overall project methodology and how to work within a project environment.
Define and deliver project tasks within agreed timescales within budget.
Be part of project teams and contribute to the planning and resourcing of project tasks where appropriate.
Identify, highlight and plan mitigation for risks in own area.
Support & Service
Provide excellent support for the business in the day -to-day running of the operational business systems.
Ensure procedures related to identification, changes, testing, documentation, approval and communication of any modification to the system are followed.
Performing and supervising the implementation of changes to the system, including those which have a multi -brand and global impact. Ensuring active and positive adherence to Pentland Its change control.
Identify technical solutions for problems, improvements and developments.
Carry out system administration tasks as per documented procedures
Teamwork
Provide technical mentoring to the analysts in the department.
Support other team members with regards to ad -hoc department activities.
Collaborate with cross functional teams (FI, SD, ABAP etc.) to ensure seamless integration.
What you’ll bring:
8 – 12 years of Relevant E xperience in SAP P2P & MM.
SAP P2P & MM ECC6, AFS (Apparel & Footwear), S4 Fashion/HANA .
EDI integration (ANSI/EDIFACT) with customers & 3rd party systems .
Knowledge of Infor Nexus Supply Chain Network (preferred) .
Understanding of Concept to Consumer processes across Supply Chain, Sourcing & Shipping, Warehousing & Distribution and, a good technical knowledge of associated applications & solutions specific to the area of responsibility .
Able to lead & work with ambiguity and flexible to accommodate multiple changes in priority .
Ability to manage specific stakeholders .
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, including ability to conduct formal and informal presentations and workshops with the ability to communicate across all levels of the business.
Well organized and able to prioritize, communicate and manage expectations within team.
Committed to having a continuous improvement mind -set that spans people, processes, technologies and own self.
Experience in Global rollouts and support environments.
How is your Performance Evaluated:
Personal Productivity: Measure output in terms of project completions, system enhancements, and issue resolutions.
Project Delivery: Ability to contribute to SAP project delivery, including the successful implementation of new systems, system upgrades, or system migrations.
Incident, Services, & Change, Response and Resolution: Track the time taken to respond to and resolve system incidents, services and changes reported by users or detected through monitoring tools.
Process Optimization: Track the identification and implementation of process improvements and automation initiatives.
Risk Mitigation: Measure the effectiveness of risk mitigation strategies in the P2P/MM process.
Knowledge Sharing and Documentation: Assess the quality and availability of technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.
