Marketing Executive ANZ

In the Marketing Executive ANZ role, you will report to the Senior Marketing Manager ANZ and support Canterbury of New Zealand’s marketing activity across Australia and New Zealand. You will help bring the brand to life through integrated campaigns, engaging content, digital and social channels, partnerships and activations. You will help coordinate and execute ANZ marketing plans that build brand engagement and support our commercial objectives.
The Role You'd Play
Support the delivery of Canterbury’s ANZ marketing plans, product launches, seasonal campaigns and brand initiatives across Australia and New Zealand.
Localise and bring global brand and product campaigns to life across consumer, retail, digital and trade channels.
Where required, create and coordinate engaging regional content, including photography, video and creative assets, while ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints.
Own the planning, scheduling and publishing of ANZ social media content, supporting community engagement and regional content opportunities.
Support digital marketing activity across website, email, CRM and paid media channels, working closely with Pentland’s cross-functional teams.
Support publicity, partnerships and brand activations, including Pro Teams, athletes, ambassadors and KOL relationships across the ANZ region.
Own ANZ product seeding and sample management, helping build meaningful relationships and engaged brand communities.
Support retail and trade marketing activity, including product launches, key account campaigns, point-of-sale materials, catalogues and GTM activity.
Help plan and deliver events, sponsorships, trade shows and community activations, including content and promotional support.
Track campaign, social and digital performance, using insights to identify opportunities to optimise future activity.
Coordinate with internal teams, global stakeholders, agencies and external partners to ensure marketing projects are delivered on time and aligned with brand and business objectives.
What You'd Bring to the Role
Essential
3+ years’ experience in a marketing, communications or brand role, with experience delivering integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
Strong content creation, copywriting and storytelling skills, with photography, videography or content production experience.
Hands-on experience managing social media platforms and supporting digital marketing activities.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and other design and content creation tools.
Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
Desirable
Experience within sports, apparel, lifestyle or consumer-led brands.
Experience working with CRM and digital marketing platforms.
Experience supporting events, sponsorships or brand partnerships.
An understanding of retail, wholesale and B2B marketing environments.
